See how your organisation really uses AI.
EAISight shows which AI tools people use on work devices, how much, and whether on a company, personal or free account. Shadow AI becomes visible, and approved AI becomes a policy you can check.
58 AI tools, wherever they run
ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, Gemini, Perplexity and dozens more, in the browser, as desktop apps, in VS Code and other IDEs, and on the command line. Local models too.
Company or personal?
Every session is classed as business, personal, free or API key, so you can see when company work goes through a personal ChatGPT account rather than the licence you pay for.
A policy you can check
List the AI tools your organisation allows, and for whom. EAISight flags unapproved tools, use on the wrong account and people outside the allowed groups.
How it works
Install the agent
One small, silent Windows installer, deployed by your IT provider through their RMM or Intune. It reads which AI tools run on the device, not what is on the screen.
Add the browser extension
Chrome and Edge install it automatically by policy. It covers AI tools in the browser and notices when Google or Bing show an AI-generated answer.
See it in the console
Usage by tool, person, group and account type, with an API and an MCP server so your own reports and AI assistants can ask the questions too.
Built for managed service providers
One partner console for all your clients: set clients up in minutes, share approved-AI templates across them, give each client's own staff their own login, and bill per device through Stripe at your own prices.
Clarity, not surveillance
- Records AI tool use only: no other websites, apps, keystrokes or screenshots.
- By default only metadata is recorded (which tool, how long, which kind of account), never what people type.
- Prompt capture is off by default. Turning it on needs a DPIA confirmation, and captured text is redacted on the device and encrypted with keys kept per organisation and month.
- Hosted in the UK. Staff see a clear notice of what is recorded.
